Whats new....

Welcome to StephMillerPro.com. I am an IFPA drug-free professional figure competitor and personal trainer from Arlington, VA. The other half of "Team Miller," my husband Doug Miller, is an IFPA drug-free professional bodybuilder. I am happy that you have decided to visit my site, and I hope that you find it informative. Our last competition season, 2009, was a great experience. Doug and I both shared a first victory at the IFPA Gaspari/Dymatize Pro Classic just four days before our three year wedding anniversary. Five weeks later I took third at the IFPA Yorton Cup Pro Figure World Championships and Doug won the middleweight and overall title at the IFPA Yorton Cup Pro Bodybuilding World Championship.

We have been away from the stage the last two years focusing on helping others and expanding our business. Team Miller, an online nutrition, training, and competition prep team, has expanded not only in the United States, but all over the world.  Additionally, in October 2010, we opened Arlington Nutrition Corner in the heart of Arlington, VA. We offer a huge selection of vitamins, herbal products, weigh-loss supplements, protein powders, sport nutrition, etc., and offer everyday wholesale pricing. 

We also have developed a number of new products within the Core Nutritionals line, and recently Doug has written a book, Biology for Bodybuilders, to help distill the science of muscle building for everyday people to understand. I also continue to personal train in the Arlington and McLean Virginia areas and Washington DC and surrounding areas".

We continue to “CRUSH IT” in the gym, as “THERE IS NO OFFSEASON”.
